Know your rights in Nevada and that At-Will doesn't mean they aren't at fault for the harm they have caused you. Take them to court (or threaten to) and document what you were promised (emails, verbal conversations) and the harm they caused you by you believing in them.

He called me based on the summary info I had entered but he was obviously driving and he was difficult to hear. He clearly had not read my summary based on his questions. I had outlined some specific facts in my summary that he had not read. He told me he did not think my case was worth pursuing (whi...ch is fine and not why I am giving a poor review). After he hung up, I realized we did not discuss some other facts that were outlined in my summary. As a result, I followed-up with an email outlining those facts and asking him if those were worth pursing. He never replied.
