Small business representation is the best description of my practice. I have experience in formation and operationi of corporations, LLCs, partnerships, contract drafting, employment issues, EEOC claims, insurance issues, asset purchase and sale, stock purchases, buy-sell agreements, and the litigation which arises out of all or most of these issues.

I have learned several areas of law which my clients need outside of business and real estate. Family law is one of those areas. Unfortunately most of us will find ourselves in some sort of family law dispute, be it your own issue or the issues suffered through by your children, siblings or friends, it is important to get straight forward, practical advice and advocacy. I have found that the combination of being experienced in business and litigation has helped me to handle family disputes.

Real Estate has been an important part of my practice. I have experience in real estate purchase and sales, foreclosures, mortgage lending, leases, land sale contracts, easements, evictions, mechanic's liens and quiet title.

I have found that my skills gained in commercial (business) litigation have prepared me well to handle personal injury cases. My personal injury clients get my individual attention, just as the commercial clients do, and we have been able to obtain outstanding results.
