2013 I was represented by Ida Ybarra for my work comp case and little that I knew then about work comp I thought my lawyer would make sure I had the right representation. She never appealed any of the decision the insurance company made and the most important report PPD She never looked to make sure ...the report is accurate and now because I have life time open and I reopened my case the MRI report has a incorrect date putting the report prior to my injury which is incorrect and the proof is in the report but now because of this mistake my new attorney can’t help me changing the mistake on the PPD report because it was signed and I had counsel which could not verify a report and a date for that matter. What did she get paid for ? She just agreed with insurance carrier horrible !!! Now I have to hire someone separately to correct the report or maybe just ask the Barr Association and find out how this mistake should be corrected that my lawyer did not handle properly and creating a problem with my case now.
