Clayton Robert Leonard

Clayton attended the University of California at Berkeley where he studied business, and later transferred to Brigham Young University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science in 2006. Clayton graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2012, where he excelled in international business transactions, appellate writing, and estate planning.

After graduating law school, Clayton worked as an associate attorney for five years with the Law Firm of Darl C. Gleed & Associates, LLLC in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, focusing on estate planning, probate, trust administration, business planning, and real estate transactions. During his time in Hawaii, Clayton served in a variety of roles within the Hawaii State Bar Association and local community, including his service as a West Hawaii Director for the Young Lawyer’s Division (2016 – 2018), a scholarship ambassador for the Hawaii Community Foundation (2016 and 2017), a Director with Family Support Services of West Hawaii (2016 – 2018), and served as a Rotarian in the Rotary Club of Kona (2015 – 2018).

After moving from Hawaii to Nevada, Clayton continued to practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, trust administration, business and asset protection planning, guardianship matters, and drafting STARK and Anti-kickback business agreements for physicians and other medical professionals.

Clayton’s practice philosophy is to make things as simple as possible for his clients, while protecting their interests and outlining the pros and cons of a position so the client can make an informed decision. To do this, Clayton works tirelessly to educate and communicate with his clients to make sure they feel comfortable at all stages of the representation and to ensure their needs are met.

In his spare time, Clayton enjoys spending time with his four kids, golfing, ocean sports, crossfit, playing the guitar, and reading classical literature.
