After my work accident a WC ins adjuster had called me and said they would pay for all my meds and treatment if he could meet with me and ask me a couple questions. Anyway adjuster came out opened up a file with about 5 pages of questions and turned on his recorder. At that point I was seeing red fla...gs and the interrogation ended. I found kens number online and he agreed to see me quickly. He then called the WC adjuster via speaker phone and I later left kens office with all my meds and Drs being paid for by WC ins. That was almost 3 years ago. Ken has fought the ins co relentlessly every step of the way for me. Our family would be destitute without him. The ins co has tried hard to make us loose our home and to force me to roll over and give up. I have lived with pain since my fall that has often put me in bed unable to even roll over and p. Ken has had to fight them for every Dr, every MRI and exray, any dr requested procedures and lately even for my dr prescribed pain medication. In each case these items would be approved after several months but always one day before a court hearing which Ken had scheduled to fight for me. I think most other attornies would have simply gave up and dumped my case for a few thousand by now but ken has had my back through it all and he refuses to let the WC ins co throw me away like trash. To me and my family Ken Sissel is the best attorney in the state of Ga bar none. He's an insurance co's worst nightmare.

I found this man (believe it or not) on a review website for that other "Ken" whom someone mentioned here in a previous review, the attorney who does all the tv commercials to constantly bring in a fresh crop of new clients because 95% of them end up leaving. The reviewer actually recommended Mr Siss...el in that review, and she was right. I've been through several of those tv ad attorneys and have come to the conclusion that none of them actually work with clients. It's all bait and switch, where they pawn you off to an assistant in their office who's fresh out of law school, that is if you're lucky enough to work with an actual attorney after the initial consult. I was injured in an accident at work last year. From the very beginning, Mr Sissel was the one who worked with me. He relayed my options and explained what was going on in terms I could understand. He was easy to reach and even gave me his cell phone number in case I needed to reach him after office hours. His staff was cheerful, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable - I felt like a person when I called instead of a number. They secured a great settlement (much better and quicker than expected) for me and I’m eternally grateful. You won’t go wrong in hiring this man. I highly recommend him!
