Craig D. Friedel

Craig D. Friedel is an associate with Solomon, Dwiggins, and Freer, LTD and focuses his practice in trust and estate litigation, trust and estate administration, and business and commercial litigation. He routinely represents heirs, beneficiaries, and private and professional fiduciaries in both contested and uncontested matters involving all aspects of trusts and estates. He has experience with matters involving claims for breach of fiduciary duty, testamentary capacity, undue influence, conversion, etc.. In addition, Craig D. Friedel represents and assists personal representatives and trustees in the administration of trust and estates. He also represents business owners in all facets of business litigation.

Craig D. Friedel Graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University. Thereafter, he attended UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law during which time he was the Nevada Law Editor of the Nevada Law Journal and an extern for Probate Commissioner Wesley Yamashita.

Craig Friedel is a member of the American Bar Association (Real Property, Estate and Trust Section), State Bar of Nevada, and Clark County Bar Association.
