Brian Eagan

I am a partner in the law firm of Solomon Dwiggins & Freer, Ltd., where I focus primarily on fiduciary matters, including probate, guardianship, trust and estate administration and related litigation.  I also negotiate and drafts premarital agreements and have a background in domestic relations law. 

I routinely represent professional and private fiduciaries, banks, creditors and beneficiaries having successfully resolved disputes both in and out of court.  I assist trustees, personal representatives and guardians fulfill their legal obligations and find creative solutions to complex administrative matters in uncontested estate, trust and guardianship proceedings.  I also appear before the Probate and Guardianship Courts of the Nevada Eighth District Court.  I both prosecute and defend will and trust contests and litigate issues of undue influence, competency and breach of fiduciary duty. 
 
I am an active member of the Probate and Trust Section of the Nevada State Bar having recently served on the committee responsible for revising the probate rules for the Eighth Judicial District Court. I am also a founding member of the LGBT Law Section for the Nevada State Bar. I currently serve on the Las Vegas Steering Committee for the Human Rights Campaign and on the Board of Directors for NevadaGIVES. I am also a graduate of the 2015 Class of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Las Vegas.
