Milan Chatterjee is a Nevada and California attorney with Fortune 500 in-house legal experience. As Associate Compliance Counsel at Las Vegas Sands Corp, Milan advised senior leadership on employment law, compliance, risk management, anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, and commercial matters across global operations. He now leads Milan Legal, representing clients in real estate litigation, HOA disputes, employment law, business litigation, and civil rights matters across Nevada and California.

Milan earned his J.D. from UCLA School of Law as a visiting student at NYU School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Nevada (2020, Bar No. 15159), California (2022), and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Milan serves on the Nevada Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission and is the Founding President of the South Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas. He is the Nevada President of the American Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists and serves on the Executive Council of the Nevada Bar Young Lawyers Section. He is a 2022 NSABA Rising Star Award recipient.
