David is a Top-Notch Attorney

Without reservation, I recommend attorney David Mincin. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and thorough. David's expertise has been helpful on many occasions. It's wonderful to have an attorney that I can trust.

Excellent Service

From the moment we met David we knew we were in great hands. We consulted and hired David regarding employee issues and an employee termination at our practice. He has great knowledge of labor laws and addressed our concerns. David and his staff prepared all the necessary documents and kept us inf...ormed of all the details. We are very grateful for all the help and work his law office provided. We absolutely would refer and recommend David as well as utilize his services in the future.

Ethics issue

After speaking with him on the phone in details about my case, he agreed my lawyer committed malpractice, by review the court records of the judge. It was egregious. The whole time I thought my lawyer was working on my case she ignored every deadline and filing. She was the proximate cause of my case... being dismissed, and I had proof it was willful. Knowing this, he told me to send him my medical records of the original case, because it would be a duel case. I did this promptly spending hours uploading and sending it. Then, I never hear from him. After a few weeks I emailed him with a brief question and it went unanswered. I knew at this point he too was playing. So I called his office to find out and instead of getting on the phone this time, his secretary said he is too busy to take my case. The whole time I waited and I could have been looking for representation elsewhere. It would have taken 2 seconds to send an email to say he could not take the case or a phone call. He has a sick side to him because he pulled the same thing he knew my former attorney did, and turned into failure to prosecute. He knew the details. Now this stranger has my medical records, even HIPPA laws are in place for privacy. I believe he may have even contacted the adverse party, the lawyer I am going to sue. What he did was not just rude but it was unethical. If I didn't place the call I would have waited weeks and wasted time since he had no intentions of telling me he was not going to take my case. There was no thank you for sending him all my medical records and no decency to let me know he was not going to represent me, in short is not above reproach and plays games, as he did to me, he may do to you. Also, he did not seem like he was very insightful, did not listen well, the devil is in the details and a good attorney will listen. I am now left feeling uneasy that he asked me for my records and they are in his hands. My original case was mold, I was diagnosed with reactive airway disease secondary to mold, along sinusitis. Secondary is medical language meaning "as a result of." He probably doesn't understand that. This is one attorney I would never call in the future for any legal matter.

"David Mincin is not just a great lawyer, but he is a great person. I was hired out of law school and David was my supervising attorney. I learned a great deal from him about law and about conducting myself as a professional. I owe a great deal to David and I wouldn't be where I am today without his tutelage. If I or a family member needed help, David would be the first person I would call."

"I currently (2013) represent the Defendant in a case that David is prosecuting on behalf of his client. David is pleasant and professional in all regards, yet aggressive in his representation...a difficult combination to achieve. When he was arguing a motion in court, I found him to be persuasive and charismatic. You can't go wrong with David in your corner"
