He handled all my traffic tickets quickly and for resonable fees. However, I received a ticket for expired registration (CA plates while visiting Vegas. Reg fee paid but awaiting smog) and illegal use of registration even though I had a CA issued day permit to drive my car! I provided Holper with the... day permit from that day and with my registration (which had been renewed by then). But he did not present either of those documents to the judge! I still had to pay a $600 ticket! I also hired him to handle an unexpected felony charge that was brought up against me (for which I had extensive evidence to challenge the charge). On the morning of the preliminary hearing, I had yet to meet with him to discuss my case! I had tried setting up a meeting with him many times diring the previous week but never got a call back. He refused to refund any money I paid.
