My husband and I made an appointment to meet with Sylvia Esparza, according to the receptionist, the attorney's services were in high demand and for that reason we had to wait a MONTH for an appointment to meet with her. When we got to the office on the day of our appointment, Sylvia wasn't able to t...ake care of us, so the receptionist asked us to come back and waived the $50 consultation fee. The packet we filled out was very long, which is understandable, but some of the questions on the packet were questionable (for example, one asked how much money we had in our account and what assets we had). When we finally went in to meet with the attorney, her attitude was completely unacceptable, she pretty much accused our marriage of being a sham, because we don't have any children, and asked us to give her information about our families health statuses, so she could try to formulate a story for immigration, as to why we got married. The fact that my husband and I married each other bcause we love each other and want to have a life together should be enough for anyone. My husband and I were so disappointed, disgusted and dissatisfied with the attorney, we decided to find legal counsel elsewhere from an attorney that not only treats us with dignity and respect, but gives us the confidence that they are capable of providing us with the proper legal advice, while respecting our love and relationship. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Sylvia Esparza to Anyone for legal counsel. During our visit with her, we found her to be very unprofessional, and borderline money-hungry.
