Lawrence J. Smith

Lawrence J. Smith is a Partner at the firm. He was born in Urbana, OH.(Go Bucks), but has made Las Vegas his home since 1977. He served in the United States Air Force for three years, stationed at Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, NV. Mr. Smith received his B.A. from University of Nevada, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He then went on to achieve his J.D. with an emphasis in civil litigation from Baylor School of Law. Mr. Smith is a member of the Multi Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the College of Advocacy Hastings College of the Law and the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association. He is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court and all courts in the State of Nevada. His practice involves personal injury and Product Liability. In 2004, Mr. Smith received the Sally Loehrer Pro Bono Service Award. He is an annual participant in Elementary School Career Day. When he is not working, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, four children, two grandchildren and two puppies.
