The worst!

I hired Ms. Allen for a divorce case. The worst representation ever. The complaint she drafted was a cut and paste with sentences not even completed. She did not care about details. To her, it was just a cookie-cutter document to fill in the blanks. Had to fire her to hire another attorney and t...hen she wouldn't give me my money back. Filed and WON an arbitration with the Nevada State Bar. They ruled she did not represent me appropriately, that it was subpar, and that she did not work the hours to cover the retainer, but she refused to pay me my retainer back! Unethical. Divorce is a very difficult time for someone and she totally took advantage. She's the reason lawyers have a bad reputation. Karma always comes around. Stay away.
