Biography
Gayle Nathan has been practicing law for thirty years, primarily in the area of family law. She cares about you and how to get the best results for you in your case. As a former Family Court Judge she has a unique insight into what your Family Court Judge is looking for, and she knows how to deliver that.
Gayle understands how important it is to stay current on the law. There are biannual changes to the statutes; the Appellate Courts fine tune definitions and requirements frequently. There have been significant change to child support which will go into effect in 2020 and the Rules of Civil Procedure just went through a massive overhaul. Gayle has kept up with all of this.
Most importantly, she understands how crushing it is to her clients when they are served with divorce and custody papers, and all of a sudden their entire life is under a judicial magnifying glass. It is a very emotional and draining time, and she and her staff are available to help you through it.
