Biography
Mia was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice. She was accepted by the Political Science interdisciplinary committee to intern at the Nevada Legislature’s 79th Session. After graduating, she attended William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV and graduated with Highest Pro Bono Honors.
While in law school, Mia was a member of the Nevada Law Journal, volunteered with Kids Court School and the Competency Remediation Program, and joined Claggett & Sykes as a law clerk in 2020.
