Biography
Mark H. Hutchings is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas and the William S. Boyd School of Law. This fourth generation Nevadan earned his Juris Doctorate in 2012. Mark had an exemplary record in law school, working as a research assistant for the UNLV Law Library, serving as Notes Editor for the UNLV Gaming Law Journal, and completing an externship with the Honorable Abbi Silver in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Department XV. Upon entering practice, Mark cut his teeth at a large, national law firm where he handled various litigation related matters.
Mark is a member of the Nevada State Bar and handles matters in both State and Federal Court. He works in the areas of civil litigation and administrative law, handling commercial disputes, health law matters, property disputes, and personal injury disputes.
