I cannot thank Mr Bret Whipple and his amazing team enough for helping me bring my mom After my previous lawyer made significant errors in handling her case, I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. It caused me depression, anxieties because that was my dream to bring her here. Thankfully, Mr Wh...ipple stepped in and completely turned the situation around. I dont consider myself a criminal but I somehow ended up in a very unfortunate situation due to some shady people and carelessness of my own. What originally started out as something that would have affected the rest of my life ended up with the best possible outcome. Whipple was my second attorney i...n the matter after I fired the first one for colluding with the district attorney. Bret fought hard for me and was honest straight to the point, and gave me comfort in one of the most difficult times of my life. He believes in our rights and freedoms as Americans and will fight hard to protect you. I highly recommend his services to anyone that needs counsel in criminal matters.

The 1st thing we loved about Brett was the way he treated us.... always like human beings.... when you, however unfortunately, get involved with the legal system, that's a hard thing to come by.... He explained complicated things in a way we could understand without being condescending.... His offi...ce made sure we were on top of all court appearances.... Brett explained what was going to happen.... He explained our choices and options....His knowledge and experience were INVALUABLE! We experienced a corrupt judge and savage ADA's!! But crawled through it all with minor damages.... Brett knew what to do.... In fact, a serious mistake by the court/judge, in which my husband was transferred to a facility OUT OF TOWN, was immediately corrected by Brett's office, and my husband returned and FREED within 3 days.... never to spend another minute in custody. After the whole ordeal was over, we've now moved on and UP! We enjoy a "normal" life...my husband working professionally... able to participate in our community without any prejudice.... Brett Whipple made that happen for us. And, after everything was said and done, we still had the shirts on our backs!! His service was reasonably affordable. His expertise is pretty diverse. We've had the pleasure of working with him on a few other issues and have ALWAYS been satisfied beyond our expectations and better educated as well.... like I said, Brett "talks" to you almost like a colleague, so learn from him too!!
