Biography
I concentrate my practice in the areas of health law and business law. I have in depth experience with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and large and small business startups – in addition have worked extensively with structuring of physician/provider groups, management services organizations and ancillary health care facilities. HIPAA regulatory compliance, including recent changes under the HITECH Act is also a focus of my practice. I have enjoyed numerous speaking engagements on healthcare and business-related issues in both the medical and legal communities.
