Your question is confusing. You paid the AOS and IV fees and you "wrote" DS-260. Neither of these mean that the affidavit of support is complete....

To apply for a green card renewal you must file USCIS form I-90. The fee is $450, which includes a $365 form fee and $85 biometric services fee....

Your mother does not have a visa to extend. She enter on the visa waiver program (i.e. no visa). She has 90 days and only 90 days. No extensions...
