I was ordered deported in absentia in 1994 because I did not show up to court. I obtained TPS in 2002.

You will need to hire an attorney to try and do this for you. Maybe the government will have a heart and agree.

That extra year should be the date of residence since. Don;t think so but you should go see a lawyer to review.
