My 485 denied ,used up all 6 years on H1b except outside us time of 110 days, how can i extend H1B more than 110 days

I have recieved H1b Approval. But the validity given is just 3 months(Oct 2012 to Dec 2012). I am thinking ot file ammended H1b.
