Probably not. Sounds like he made multiple false claims to US Citizenship.

In my EAD at the bottom of the card they put "Not valid for reentry to U.S." My L2 visa and EAD expires in june 2013.

If your husband is a citizen then it does not matter about criminal offenses. Consult with a lawyer about this.

There was no distinction about advance parole in the decisions whether its marriage applicants, parental applicants etc... It is a reasonable...
