Biography
Ms. Gordon is Senior Counsel with the firm’s Las Vegas office and works primarily in health care law, including defending clients in medical malpractice litigation. Her experience also includes a wide variety of litigation cases, including general liability, insurance coverage, defense of municipalities and officials, including the State of Nevada and Clark County, and defending claims alleging civil rights violations, ADA violations and employment disputes.
Ms. Gordon is a member of the American Bar Association, Nevada Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association and serves on the State Bar of Nevada Fee Dispute Committee as a Fee Dispute Arbitrator and Mediator.
Ms. Gordon obtained her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Journalism with honors from Western Michigan University, and her Juris Doctor with honors from Stetson University College of Law. She has been licensed to practice before all courts in the State of Nevada and the United States District Court, District of Nevada since 1995, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals since 2012.
