My best friend told me about this Lawyer that can help me with my Divorce/Child Custody support. Ms Alyssa and her Assistant was helpful and understanding and very professional from the start. Alyssa successfully handled my divorce case last year. As with many divorces, there was a high level of conflict between parties, some special circumstances, and a complete unwillingness to compromise and negotiate from the defendant which could have resulted in years on litigation without a skillfu...l attorney like Alyssa. She went head to head with one of Las Vegas's most prominent law firms and divorce attorneys and she successfully navigated and negotiated a very fair monetary settlement and a 50/50 custody agreement from an ongoing serious of egregious offer(s) from opposing counsel. On top of this, her cost was only 'one quarter' of the price that the defendant paid!!! Some of the things I like most about Alyssa was the fact that she ways always available, accessible and responded to text messages and emails in a timely manner. I appreciated her candor and and she was realistic in her approach and never set "pie in the sky" expectations. As a result, she underpromised and over delivered big time and I like doing business with people like that. Lastly, it wouldn't be fair if I didn't mention Dawni, her paralegal because she was terrific. She was kind, responsive and efficient. Alyssa and Dawni are an excellent team and I highly recommend them if you are unfortunately going thru a divorce. They will make the process the best experience it can be during a tough time. They are both down to earth, kind, good hearted ladies who treat you like a human being and have compassion for their clients while not running up excessive bills by charging for every email and text message. I really can't emphasis that enough because I saw the defendant's bill and unfortunately they were not nearly as fortunate. It's actually a shame and almost criminal the billing practices that some of these 'other' law firms and attorney's do, you WILL NOT have to worry about that with Alyssa. Alyssas paralegal was great. Alyssa on the other hand didn't do much AT ALL. She claimed i was divorced when I wasn't. My son was absconded and I had to go out of my way to get him back. She DID NOT do what she said she would. For starters she kept requesting money and no receipts or reasons why unti...l I paid. I spent well over 4 thousand and I didnt even get divorced.... She SPECIALIZES in divorce. She made promises she didn't keep. It was like playing phone tag the whole time. If you need a lawyer go get a free one at the court house. They aren't worth the time, effort, or money. You think 2020 was bad don't use them.

I was charged 3000 for income and assets and debts that I did a lot of work on but I guess the paralegal needed 15 hours when it took me 1 hour but instead of having a 2nd meeting she just charged me because they new I might cancel my divorce. They seemed eager to take themselves off as attorney befo...re the court date which I attended on my own . They ask for a ton of paperwork and then charge a ton to go through it, even if you submit things to help. They were nice until I asked about the billing then they both blamed me. I don't believe this Law office provides 5 stars and I think the good reviews are fake. I got a final bill and told the attorney about my intentions on the review and she said i didn't mention I was overcharged which insults my intelligence because she obviously knew it and did nothing to to provide a small refund or apologize. I waited until the holidays were over to address it as a courtesy. You are better off doing the work yourself upfront if you use this law office. They give you some false low start cost but quickly exceed to even more than much more professional law offices. We ended up only having one asset to split after all the charges and that was the house. But finding that out first would cut into their profits. Also we kept our own debts so that became of no consequence. I cancelled ans she didn't so they basically wanted off because I confronted them on overcharging. Most of this was done by the paralegal who is suppose to handle things and not be as expensive as the lawyer but they took advantage and I hope they will think about their business practices. I will be leaving this review on several sites for the next few months.
