T. Louis Palazzo

I hired Louis to handle my federal drug conspiracy and money laundering case. The first lawyer I hired who was a family friend got an offer from the prosecutor for 12 + years in prison. Louis took over the case and thoroughly investigated the case and presented me my options. With the substantial evi...dence the government had we did not have the best chance of winning at trial and I was not prepared to be away from my family for over a decade. Louis then spent several months with careful negotiations with the prosecutor. He did his due dilligence and had the government do a presentence investigation report prior to me taking a plea so we could know what kind of exposure my previous criminal record could effect my sentence. He successfully negotiated the plea deal down to six years with the option to be able to argue for less prison time at sentencing. At the sentencing hearing Louis fought the prosecutor on every negative thing she had to say about me and the crime. He made a very convincing closing argument and the judge agreed with him. The judge reduced my sentence to three years and got me 90 days before I had to self surrender to prison. I got to spend Christmas with my family and had enough time to settle my affairs. Best case scenario, I will only serve 18 months. I will be going to a federal prison camp in Texas which shouldnt be too bad. Theres no fence around the camp and it has basketball, baseball, soccer, track, volleyball and tennis. Without Louis Palazzos experience in litigating in the federal court system and his careful negotiations with the prosecutor, id be rotting away in prison for a decade. Ill be able to see my daughter grow up and be part of her life. Louis Palazzo was worth every penny and I would strongly recommend him to anybody facing any kind of prison time.

I had a different attorney from the .start, he would tell me its going ok and hell get a better deal before court, with court 5 days away he called my mom and told her if she didnt wsnt ne houng yo prison for an 8 year min she should bail me out otherwise in 5 days I'll be forced to take that deal,... parents did bail me and a year later going into court after a one year in patient drug rehab still no better deal. Was told sign it now or it's off the table, so I fired that attorney and prayed to the lord about it and Ross Goodman popped up who after looking at the severity of my case told me he wont take it with put Mr Palazzo as co.council so I went with it and wow, these guys especially Mr Palazzo not only worked miracles but got me a probationable deal on charges that no one thought was possible. Well I got pr ok nation and owe my freedom and more to them. Worth every penny and a whole lot more. If your un on a high profile drug case or anything no need to call anybody else because they are the best hands down. I'd be in prison for 8 years min if it wasn't for the absolute best criminal defense attorneys in Las Vegas and I'd say top 10 in the country1 Thank you again for giving me my freedom and more, I'll always be in your debt
