I hired McKay back in 2012 for an auto accident that totaled my car. The lady was 16 & she had no license. McKay took charge of everything and my car was reimbursed to me for cash value. He also had a settlement for all of my pain and suffering and medical bills. He also wrote a Cease & Desist letter... to a company who was subrogating me. (Fraudulently) Fast fwd: I was involved in a hit and run 2 days ago. I have the man's license plate and the LV Detectives are looking for this person. He had no insurance and no license. I'm hiring McKay for my pain and suffering and also to have my cars back bumper removed and fixed. Also, I need to reimburse the insurance for my emergency room visit for testing and constant pain after this man hit me. I definitely recommend Mr. Whitney. He settles things quickly and very professionally. Definitely recommend him for any motor vehicle accident or personal injury matters!!!
