Our case began in 2021. It is now Dec 2023. We heard from the attorney one time, in Jan. We had an appointment scheduled today which they missed and did not call or text to even acknowledge that they missed the appointment. It’s been over two years since we hired them. We know absolutely nothing abou...t our case. We don’t know why the insurance company denied the initial claim, what their legal strategy is, why all our hearings have been delayed, what they’re doing or working on, or if anyone has even looked at our file. Although it seems they have not, since paralegals keep asking for documents and information we’ve already sent. In 2021 we provided documents showing the dates of employment and in late 2022 they asked for dates of employment. In early 2022 we sent copies of medical files from a cardiologist and just a few weeks ago (Nov 2023) they asked for the name of that doctor so they could request the same documents we had provided over a year ago. We told them in May 2022 we had a change of address, yet it was not changed with the court until spring of 2023. There seems to be a blatant disregard for the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct, as there has been absolutely no communication from the firm other than asking for things we already provided. If you’re looking for negligent representation and to be totally ignored for years on end, this law firm is for you. If you seek competent representation from a firm that communicates and abides by the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct, look elsewhere.

I did not hire this attorney, but unfortunately I inherited Mrs. Anderson when my case was moved from Neeman and Mills Law Firm to GGRM Law Firm. This attorney without my permission signed my name to a settlement agreement without consulting me. My legal agreement and Power of Attorney was with Neem...an and Mills not with GGRM Law Firm. Mrs. Anderson and GGRM took approximately $40k in legal fees and quit before the job was done. In fact, GGRM failed to show up to hearings and failed to contact me in time. The damage was great and I lost significant benefits and months of back wages owed to me. Mrs. Anderson and GGRM Law Firm failed spectacularly. You can make a choice and go elsewhere - please, find confident legal help elsewhere.
