Brittany Ann Birnbaum

Brittany A. Birnbaum was born in San Dimas, California and moved to Las Vegas after graduating college in 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Coastal Carolina University where she received a Division One Softball Scholarship and was a First-Team Academic All-American. After college, Brittany was a Neuromodulation Clinical Specialist for Boston Scientific. During that time, she continued to develop her passion for helping people and decided to pursue a career that would allow her to make more of an impact.

Brittany earned her Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in December of 2014. During law school, Brittany worked as a Law Clerk for Craig P. Kenny & Associates in order to develop her legal knowledge and experience. After graduation, Brittany accepted a Judicial Clerkship for the Honorable Jerry A. Wiese II where she was asked to co-author Chapter 24, “Jury Trials” of the Nevada Civil Law Practice Manual’s forthcoming sixth addition.  During her clerkship, Brittany learned the true meaning of strong advocacy and gained valuable perspective into the complexity of legal decisions and the implications these decisions have on peoples’ lives.

Brittany’s clerkship ended in March 2016, and she was hired as an associate of Craig P. Kenny & Associates thereafter.  She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is licensed to practice law in all Nevada State Courts, as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.

Brittany enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, traveling, and volunteering as a member of the Junior League of Las Vegas.
