We hired Mr. Hofland after winning our family court case, when an appeal was filed. We had won the initial case based on technicalities, no standing, and lack of jurisdiction. Mr. Hofland and his office effectively argued the federal and state laws and properly used case law to support the arguments..., and won the appeal for us. Although Mr. Hofland was more affordable then the other lawyers we had talked to, he was a great choice. We were lucky to have found him.

Brad gave me realistic expectations, and delivered more than I hoped for. His courtroom demeanor is great, clear, well-spoken, concise - always positive responses and respect from the judge after Brad's dialogue. Mr Hoffland is a very good attorney! There is not enough stars up there for his abilities! He knows the law!
