Aaron Dean is an exceptional attorney and a true professional. I reached out to him when my realtor and I reached a dead end on 1.7million dollar real estate deal. The buyers were past their due diligence period however they were trying to get smart with the addendums due to covid-19 in an attempt to... get out of the deal and get their earnest money back. He advised us how to counter back in smart approaches. After so much back and forth, his advise and guidance flipped the table and now the buyers reached a dead end. They had 2 options: Either buy the house or lose $125,000. They decided to buy the home and we closed on the deal. I will seek his council on every real estate transaction to make sure things go smooth from the beginning and most importantly not have to worry about dealing with the burden on my own. This was the second time I seeked his council and both situations resulted to my favor. I highly recommend him.

Being out of town and having to evict someone was very difficult. Aaron Dean was very thorough and supportive on getting everything handled as easily as possible.
