He wont even talk to you without paying upfront
Unbelievable but he made me wait for 5 days to take a call for an urgent matter. We scheduled and teleconference and his assistant called the day of the teleconference to say she would need to collect 1,200 USD before I speak to him. It really made me waste my time.
