I definitely picked the RIGHT Attorney this time. At first I went in for a consultation (had several before this- all they did was take notes gave some quick advise and said they'll get back to me and sent me out the door- I only heard back from one several weeks later), when I went in to see Mr. Ran...dles I was greeted by an extremely friendly and professional staff. When I went in to talk to Mr. Randles I was greeted with a very warm and friendly introduction. I had several things that had been compounding each other. He didn't just take notes and send me out the door, he actually spent time talking in depth about each incident. I was completely surprised when he called in his assistant Lisa and explained to her one of my incidents, several minutes later she came back with the information he needed and made one phone call and got it cleared up.... I was so surprised and impressed, I hadn't even retained them yet. Since then they have cleared up my whole mess and it was so fast most everything was cleared up before the previous attorney had even returned my phone call. If you want an attorney who really cares about their clients and what they're going through, I would highly recommend Mr. Randles and his staff. I know where I'm going the next time I need an attorney or any legal advices. Very friendly, warm people who care about you and get the job done!!!
