he only ever gave a quick run down what was going on in my case. custody and divorce. and we had to do a temporary order because my ex spouse didnt show. when i called him for more info he was unavailable. 3 days later of trying to talk to him. i send him a text. 5 minutes later. he calls. tells me n...ever text him again and its not his fault im stupid. and my ex is stupid. and my 3 year old daughter is stupid and shes going to grow up to work a dead end job like taco bell. rude. vulgar. doesnt belong in a court room

I found this guy for my friend who's in desperate need of a divorce from a money hungry. They spoke once and sounded like he was the perfect guy! The rest of the week, he was too 'busy,' so Brenda was the only one having contact with my friend. I am mad at myself that I didn't Google search this ...man's name first! I did in fact search it the night before he was going to send off his little bit of savings he had. I had sat in the car with my friend, who called and reached 'Brenda.' As soon as he mentioned the horrible reviews, suddenly Mr Joerger wasn't busy and could take my friends call! For about 4 minutes, Mr Joerger decided to belittle my friend, telling him to f*ck himself, he's stupid, and everyone who left reviews were losers who didn't pay him his money, told him if he sent the money and the information packet he'd still help him, then slammed the phone down and hung up. Leaving us both speechless! My friend wasn't rude, just wanted a little comfort before he sent off what money he had saved up! And anytime my friend tried to speak, he'd get cut off. He asked a simple question, and got the most guilty answer. My best advice, is do not hire this guy.

It is evident that he does not want to be an attorney. He has absolutely no passion in my court case and never ever even once called me. The office is always closed. He has abandoned my court case and after each court hearing he left me with unanswered questions without saying even so much as a goodb...ye.

I hired Carl to represent my daughter and I against an extended order of protection that had been fabricated by a family in our town. Carl arrived at the Court House 4 minutes before court started. During the court hearing Carl did not represent my daughter or I at all. He stood and listened to th...e opposing party not once presenting any evidence given to him by me nor did he ask for my witnesses to speak which would have proven that the opposing party was not telling the truth. After the hearing was over Carl was ordered to walk us outside. I tried to speak with him regarding the outcome but he refused leaving us standing with unanswered questions. I went to my car and a few minutes later I went to leave but as I was leaving I saw Carl standing with the opposing persons smoking and talking. I sat for a few more minutes and after his smoking was done he walked these people to their car. I was very disappointed in the representation provided by Carl Joerger.
