It was a type of criminal case (Alleged Torture of an Infant Child) that is very hard to win even with false allegations when you have purported medical experts claiming there was no other possible reason for the suspected "fractures" on the child. If the innocent father client would have been convicted he likely would have spent at least 20 to 30 years in prison!
