This was a very difficult DWI charge of which my client was completely innocent, coupled with a "Refusal" charge (meaning that my client allegedly refused to undergo a chemical test to determine his bl ... ood/alcohol content.) My client's license could have been suspended both pending prosecution and, because of how the law works, even after the criminal charge was disposed of in our favor. Had that happened, my client would have lost his job and his career. Happily, I was able to get the criminal charge dismissed entirely, and was also able to prevent any suspension of his license, thus saving his career. The client was very happy.
