We represented a 16-year-old girl who was severely injured when the vehicle in which she was a passenger ran off the road and crashed, in part due to the carelessness of an oncoming driver who fled the ... scene. Our client had major spinal surgery. We successfully helped her recover 100% of the insurance policy limits from the insurance company that insured the vehicle she was in, plus 100% of the available uninsured motorist (UM) coverage, plus 100% of the available underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage. We also help her recover additional funds from the county for unsafe roads, including failing to follow its own guidelines for how long roads should be left unstriped after resurfacing (because the lack of a center line helped cause the crash).

I represented a husband and wife who were injured when an oncoming car lost control, and hit their pickup truck head-on. Each had a variety of injuries, the most serious being the husband’s leg, which ... sustained serious damage when it was crushed in the course of the collision. This case went all the way to the Missouri Supreme Court on matters relating to Missouri’s venue statutes.
