Biography
Hi, I do commercial litigation, mostly complex motion practice and appeals, but also routine discovery, ADR and trials. Pretty much straight common law: high exposure contract, tort, plaintiff insurance bad faith, consumer protection and a few other areas. Lots of first impression work, generally with appealable issues. We have plenty of work here in NM, but I am always willing to consider invitations to collaborate on Florida projects!

I love cats, travel, and enjoying my home life despite the hours I spend in the office. Above all I really do care about my clients, and with that come heavy commitments, but I love my work!
