Auto accident in the oil field. A crew of four were involved . On a real slick muddy road, with 3 to 4 feet embankments , the crew car going about 5 miles per hour slid of road and gently went on its side. No injuries were reported. Crew pushed car back on all four wheels, and continued to d...estination. At a later day, one of the crew member hired an attorney in Farmington nm and tried to sue the driver of the crew car. At the jury trial the crew member claimed he couldn’t raise his arms up to do work. The driver who was being sued told Mr Repole that he was driving a winch truck. Mr Repole asked the injured driver how he operated the wench controls and the crew member doing the suing raised his arms to show how he controlled the winch. The Jury all seen his action and throwed it out of court. Needless to say Mr Cosmi Repole in my opinion is an honest attorney, with total respect for honest people that he represents.
