With experience comes great results. Kenneth Boiarsky began his career as a Trial Attorney and then Senior Trial Attorney with the Tax Division of the US Department of Justice in DC. For nearly 15 years with the Government he dealt with IRS matters at just about every level and developed an intimate knowledge about how they think, which continues to serve as a benefit to his clients.
He went on to start his private practice, Kenneth R. Boiarsky, PC, which he has run for nearly 30 years. During that time, he was also retained as an expert tax consultant for 7 years by the international accounting firm, KPMG, and represented over 100 former partners of another international accounting firm, Ernst & Young.
His understanding of the Government mindset as well as real world considerations of private practice offers a unique perspective, and advantage, that few possess. The benefit to you is his knowledge of just when, how, and how hard to push his clients' interests to achieve the best results.
