First offense should be OK without a lawyer. Ask Judge to give you a "deferred to dismissal" after a period of good behavior.

It is legal to be shown the Dec page, even routine. You might consider switching lawyers if yours is being untruthful with you

DWI is not a deportable offense. Perhaps your lawyer can negotiate to get the child abuse dropped.

The four children should be the primary beneficiaries. If you get a trust/estate lawyer s/he may be able to protect the assets by emergency court...

We don't have expungement in New Mexico, except for juvenile offenses. You will qualify for an Order Dismissing the case.
