what if? It's probably cheaper to plead no contest and pay the fine than hiring a lawyer. You should have taken a cab.

No court date, you simply passed from supervised probation to unsupervised and now from unsupervised to successful completion of your sentence.

Drug court instead of Oxford house or in treatment drug program..can't afford to live here..Will fail if I can't pay rent

You can file a motion but judge is apt to say you're worth nothing to your family until you finish an inpatient program
