"Hugh is a highly experienced lawyer. I refer many expungements for him to handle or collaborate with throughout New Mexico. Although the concept of expungements was for individuals to petition the court, in reality it is very technical and it is best to hire someone who knows the ropes to get your expungement quickly. I believe Hugh charges $2,500 and that includes filing fees and court costs and the cost of tracking down a National Crime Information Center criminal background as well as New Mexico Department of Public Safety certification. To my knowledge Hugh has had to turn down a few cases during the free consultation but he has yet to lose an expungement once he accepts the case."
