Mr. Kaufman serves on the Board of Directors of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, he is a past president of the First Judicial District Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
