A Past President of the State Bar of New Mexico Hans Voss, Attorney, Economist maintains a civil practice representing governmental entities, businesses and individuals in the areas of civil litigation, civil rights, employment, contracts, construction defects and real estate development. Voss is a member of the ABA National Conference of Bar Presidents, and the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section, where he serves on the Plaintiffs’ Task Force and is a graduate of TIPS Leadership Academy. He attended the University of New Mexico (J.D., 1998; M.A., Economics, 1994; B.A., Economics/Mathematics, 1992; A.S., Engineering, 1991).

Smart and Attentive
Mr. Voss help me beyond measure. He is very attentive and will listen to you. He counseled me through a very difficult dispute with an employer. I don't know what I would have done without him.

Ethical, Honest, Knowledgeable,
I am a landlord and had a serious problem with a tenant who refused to abide by her lease agreement. Instead she accused me of violating sections of the NM Uniform Owner-Resident Relations Act. I contacted Hans Voss and he solved the problem between the tenant and myself quickly and professionally...

I contacted Hans after a friend recommended him. Hans immediately stepped in and was right beside me throughout the entire process, which last for well over a year. Always kept me informed, answered my phone calls, etc. Truth is I don't know how I would have gotten thru my ordeal without Hans...
