HIsband Agreed to give a Get as part of the Divorce action then failed to do so. While Supreme Court denied holding him in contempt for his failure to comply wth his agreement to give the GET, the Appe ... llate Court reversed lower Court decision and held in my favor that the failure to give a GET after agreeing to do so did not involve religious significance but was a breach of contract warranting Contempt and possible incarceration for failure to give the GET as well as awarded legal fees for failure to give the GET as agreed and Ordered.
