Robert Stuart McCormick

I am very grateful to Robert McCormick for all the hard work he put into my immigration case In 2007 I went in search of an attorney to represent me in my immigration proceedings, I spoke with 5 different attorneys in the Denver Metro area and was told by all of them that there was nothing t...hey could do and that I had a losing case. 5 days before my first hearing someone recommended Robert McCormick, I was told he was the best and fought hard for his clients. I drove to Greeley to speak with him ,he took my case. He told me my case was difficult but that he would fight hard to win and also that he would be with me at all my hearings. He always kept me informed of what was going on with my case. If I ever had questions or concerns I would call his office and his staff was always willing to help and answer my questions and concerns. I am very happy with the attorney because he has fought hard for my case although very difficult case. Thanks to him I am still living here with my kids and husband legally. Thank You Robert McCormick you were the only one that opened the door for me when I needed you the most. I hope you can continue to help as many people as possible.

McCormick tpld me there would be no jail time.(prison time) and there was x2 years.He told me if I gave him an additional fee over and above our orgional fee agreement and had some testing done he could get the judge to recoonsider my sentencing, I did as I was told but the judge refused to look at... the new information. As fas as I can see McCormick does not appear to know quite asn much as he would like his clients to believe.
