Plaintiff filed a claim with his homeowner's insurance due to damage caused by Hurricane Ike. Insurance company sent out an adjuster and later only offered to cover costs to make patch repairs to the ... roof. Plaintiff had recently remodel home and the roof was fairly new. He and another expert agreed the entire roof needed replacing.
