KATHRYN LUEKER-EATON

I am a native New Mexican, born and raised in Albuquerque. While my Father was a doctor who let me accompany him on rounds at the hospital, my Grandfather was a stone mason whose brick coping graces our unique State Capital building and other historic buildings around Albuquerque. Between these two men, I learned to appreciate the value of compassion and the dignity of hard work.

After high school, I lived in Caracas, Venezuela for a year and learned to speak Spanish. Since graduating from UNM School of Law in 2010, I have practiced Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury for fourteen years, representing both English and Spanish speaking clients who were injured through no fault of their own, and often just doing their jobs.

Beyond trying to maximize my clients’ recovery of the Workers' Compensation benefits they are owed, in representing injured Workers, I try to help my clients get their lives back on track following career-ending and life-changing injuries and medical conditions.
