Ian Bezpalko

Ian Bezpalko has a general practice with interests in the areas of business transactions, copyright, trademark, and internet law.  In addition to services provided to authors, artists, composers, and others who seek to secure copyright or trademark in their works, or defend the same, he advises in matters such as internet/computer law including internet liability, software regulation, and other topics involving technology. 

Practice offers legal research and writing services to other law firms throughout the U.S. in any area of the law.  Has researched and drafted documents for cases involving employment disputes, attorney-client privilege, work product doctrine, half-blood inheritance, family law, trusts, the Hague Convention, and various other subjects.  

Member of New Mexico and Washington, D.C., Bars, Intellectual Property section of the ABA, Albuquerque Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association.  Active in the New Mexico State Bar as member of the Law Practice Management Committee, chair of the Technology Working Group, board member of the Solo Section and of the Intellectual Property Section.
