I didn't have the same experience as others.
Ray didn't handle my credit negotiations. He delegated to one of his subordinates who completely messed it up. Getting Ray on the phone is almost impossible. He doesn't return calls, he doesn't answer email. When I apprised him of the situation, he did little to fix it, explaining by then, it was...
I would have appreciated this feedback at the time to correct it. I worked until 8 or 9 pm EVERYDAY and returned every voicemail and email BEFORE I would go home; that was a rule I had for myself. I also do not understand how I "left [my] practice in Seattle owing [the reviewer] a great deal of money for work [the reviewer] did for [me]." What services did you provided? Contact me and I will work out a payment plan to repay any legitimate charges I or the company may owe. My father has been diagnosed with a rare form of Multiple Sclerosis. After much thought, I decided to return to New Mexico with my parents. His doctors believe my father will be confined to a wheelchair or could pass within 12 months. My parents moved to Seattle from New Mexico to help me with my law practice; however, five generations of my family on both sides have called New Mexico home and it was no surprise to me that my parents wished to return under the circumstances. It would be hard to imagine any other circumstances that would require me to give up my practice; however that was something i felt I must do. I believe if I stayed I would put my clients at risk; as my mind would constantly be consumed with my family’s condition. My date for leaving Seattle was December 15. My office closed down on November 30, 2007. Although I made this decision on September 10, 2007, I needed the additional time to wind things down and to put in place contact information and protections for all of my clients. I have updated all my contact information with the all the courts I practice before. I will remain the attorney and point of contact on all existing cases I have on-going (with the client’s permission). On October 15, 2007, I sent a letter to all my clients detailing my new contact information and requested that they either allow me to remain as their counsel or I would aid in a search to find substitute counsel. ( I have received permission from Qwest to allow me to keep my main office line (206.343.4465). Calls made to that number up to March 1, 2008, automatically forwarded to my cell phone number (206.719.9652). A recorded message now directs callers what number to dial to reach me. I have updated all my contact information with the Washington State Bar. My office was a paperless office; every document was scanned into our server. I have an extensive data back-up service which backs up and saves the encrypted data every night in four distinct locations throughout the continental United States. This means I have access to every document any clients provided or could need in the future. I have arranged for a 206 area code phone number and will keep my website active solely to aid former clients to have access to me and their case files. I will keep the website and a 206 phone number active for a period of 5 years. I feel comfortable with the technology today to continue my representation for those clients that have ongoing cases. If the distance ever becomes a problem or if I believe I can no longer perform in my client’s best interest, I have made arrangements for the client to move to other attorneys. Although my office is closed and I do not foresee going into private practice for a long while; all I have is my reputation. I ALWAYS returned client email and/or voicemail WITHIN 24 hours. I worked SEVEN days a week to see that commitment was honored. I can honestly say I have never taken a client's criticism as flippantly as you claim above. I personally over saw EVERY aspect of EVERY case. I would have appreciated it if you would have signed your name and not left it as anonymous. If your claim for services is true, I invite you to contact me immediately at 206.719.9652 or [email protected]. Thank you Raymond G. Sandoval

Well Organized & Trustworthy Lawyer
Simply put - Ray was amazing to work with. Filing bankruptcy is never something you look forward to, but Ray, as well as his entire staff, made me feel comfortable, kept me informed, and handled my case in a professional and courteous manner.

Highly recommended!
Raymond and his staff were professional, informative, prompt and most important to myself and wife, very caring in working with us. The plan was well laid out and explained. I felt Raymond had our best interest as his goal and had complete faith that he would take care of our situation, and he did.
